At Mokobara, we want you to love your new gear as much as we loved designing it. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy for all our premium bags and luggage.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Center and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the item in its original packaging with all tags, dust bags, and protective covers intact to ensure it arrives back safely.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary door-step pickup within 24-48 hours at your convenience.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After our warehouse team verifies the product condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
