We offer a 5-year limited warranty on our luggage collection, covering all manufacturing defects including wheels, handles, and zippers.
How do I clean and maintain my Mokobara bag?
For hardshell suitcases, use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. For fabric bags, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and avoiding machine washes.
How long does shipping usually take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for the rest of India.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags and protective films are intact.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within India only, but we are working hard to bring Mokobara to the rest of the world very soon.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
